I firmly believe that you cannot achieve your highest potential without a coach who can see what you can't and facilitate your growth until you can see it yourself and begin moving beyond what was previously not available, one step at a time.

If you are not pushing your own boundaries or engaged in the pursuit of expanding your comfort zone, then coaching may not be right for you until you are interested in pursuing your potential and increasing your capacity.   

Unless you have a reason to stretch yourself, you'll likely justify and rationalize why you are just fine where you are...and that is OK!  

The question then becomes how long are you going to stay where you are when you could be making progress toward something much more substantial.

When you are truly interested in seeing results in your life that are different than your current circumstances, then you'll really WANT a coach because you'll realize that is the fastest avenue to achieve the results you are after.

You can likely do it on your own, but it will undoubtedly take longer without a skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced coach to facilitate the growth you'll experience.
