What is Coaching…really?

Have you ever had a coach?  Most likely, if you have it was in the realm of athletics…so aside from that, what is Coaching…really?

In the context of 360DegreeResults.com and what I offer as a coach, it boils down to improving your performance and results.

At 360DegreeResults.com, my coaching is about helping people create and develop an exceptional quality of life through a progressive & conscientious application of intentionally focused actions & mindful, determined efforts that produce cascading & incremental increases in capacity, effectiveness, and impact. 

That's a mouthful for sure...but it begins with helping people face in the direction of their greatest ambitions.  I find that many people don't know what direction to face...it can be confusing.

My influence is about providing a structure and construct that empowers people to reveal what inspires them to get moving in life and act in a way that produces substantial & meaningful results...the kind of results that elevate the lives of those they touch as well as their own.  It’s about illuminating your own path while you light the way for others.    

The journey is a process of taking a step from where you are in the direction of the vision of your highest aspirations and to figure out the next step when you get there.  

It's reconnecting someone with their intuition, creativity, imagination, and resolve by helping them articulate, define, and express their true identity and discover who they already are and always were in order to intelligently & deliberately pursue the arduous journey of becoming the best version of themselves by providing substantial value to others through contribution & giving. 

It's helping people in realizing how to truly live life in lieu of the alternative, existing through it, enduring the numbness of mediocrity and settling for what merely shows up.

It is about being accountable to your own integrity and disciplined in facing the challenges that will forge the character necessary to withstand the heat of adversity to come out stronger than when you entered the crucible.  

Coaching opens the door of possibility for growth & contribution and, in doing so, enables your life to become a worthy effort and an example for others as you endeavor to achieve your GREATNESS.
